摘　　要：目的分析2014—2018年重庆市全科医学师资培训情况,了解师资培训的形式、内容、人数等是否满足全科医生培养的需要,并提出建议。方法通过重庆市全科医学教育中心收集重庆市自开展全科医学师资培训以来每期培训时长、课程设置内容以及2014—2018年参培人员相应信息,同时通过重庆市卫生健康委员会科教处收集重庆市55家全科医生培训基地2014—2018年全科医学师资和培训学员的数量,并对数据进行统计分析。结果2014—2018年,重庆市全科医学师资培训参培人员共868名。2014年参培人员共193名,2018年增至261名,增幅为35.23%。重庆市全科医学师资培训参培人员年龄段主要集中在31~45岁,学历以本科为主,职称以中级为主,主要来自综合或专科医院。同时,全科培训基地的师资从2014年的847人变为2018年的1934人,增幅为128.34%,年均增加22.93%;培训学员从2014年的406人增加至2018年的1654人,增幅为307.39%,年均增加42.07%。师生比从2014年的1∶0.48变为2018年的1∶0.86。结论重庆市全科医学师资培训针对性和实效性不强,全科医学学科建设严重滞后,培训基地投入不足。因此,重庆市全科医学师资培训应严格把关培训条件,科学设计培训内容和教学形式,加强培训考核与管理,使全科医学师资培训具有针对性。同时,还要建立起全科医生培训基地动态管理和持续投入机制。Objective This paper aims to analyze the training of general practitioners in Chongqing from 2014 to 2018 to understand whether the form,content and number of teachers meet the needs of general practice training,and to put forward suggestions.Methods The training duration,curriculum setting and corresponding information of trainees in Chongqing from 2014 to 2018 were collected through Chongqing General Practice Education Center since the implementation of general practitioners training in Chongqing.The number of general practice training teachers and trainees from 2014 to 2018 in 55 general practice training bases in Chongqing was collected through the Department of Science and Education of Chongqing Health Commission.Statistical analyses were conducted on all the collected data.Results From 2014 to 2018,a total of 868 participants received training from general practice teachers in Chongqing.There were 193 participants in 2014,which increased to 261 in 2018,an increase of 35.23%.The age of participants in general practitioners training in Chongqing mainly ranged from 31 to 45,the educational background is mainly undergraduate,with the professional title mainly intermediate,who were mainly from general or specialized hospitals.Meanwhile,the number of teachers in general practitioner training bases increased from 847 in 2014 to 1934 in 2018,an increase of 128.34%,with an average annual increase of 22.93%.The number of trainees increased from 406 in 2014 to 1654 in 2018,an increase of 307.39%,with an average annual increase of 42.07%.The teacher-student ratio increased from 1∶0.48 in 2014 to 1∶0.86 in 2018.Conclusion The training of general practitioners in Chongqing is untargeted and ineffective,the discipline construction of general practice remains seriously lagging behind,and the investment in the training bases is insufficient.Therefore,the training of general practitioners in Chongqing should strictly control the training conditions,scientifically design the training content and teaching form,and strength
