摘 要:针对空天领域的技术特征,为解决空天技术领域研究生创新实践能力的培养问题,探索了采用飞行试验牵引研究生创新实践能力的培养新模式,通过小型固体试验火箭的全周期实践,培养研究生的总体思维、工程素养和创新实践能力。根据飞行试验的特性,提出实践条件与师资力量相结合的支撑条件建设方案,分析了支撑条件与研究生创新实践能力培养间的关系。结合空天领域的行业特性和岗位需求,提出多维度、多层次、多元化的研究生创新能力培养评价方案,以期全面、准确地评价研究生的培养效果,促进研究生创新实践能力培养方案的完善与优化,实现研究生在校科研学习、实践能力培养与未来工作任职岗位的良好衔接。The flight test project is proposed to develop the innovation and practice ability to match the technical characteristics of the aero-astronautic field,and to solve the problem of innovation and practice ability of graduate students.Through the full cycle practice of small solid test rocket,the overall concept,engineering literacy and innovation ability of graduate students are trained.According to the characteristics of flight test,the supporting condition includes the practice conditions and teachers.The relationship between the supporting conditions and the cultivation of graduate students’innovation and practice ability is analyzed.Considering the industry characteristics and job requirements in the aero-astronautic field,the evaluation scheme for postgraduate innovation ability training is presented with multi-dimensional,multi-level and diversified features.The purpose is to evaluate the learning effect of postgraduates comprehensively and accurately,promote the improvement and optimization of the training program for innovative practical ability of postgraduates,and achieve a good connection between the scientific research learning and practical ability training of postgraduates at colleges and their future jobs.
