摘　　要：实践教学改革对高等院校人才培养提出了更高的要求,高等院校应适应社会发展,大力开展实践教学改革。因此,实践教学改革关乎高等院校的生存发展,是高等教育能否办出特色、办出成效的关键。结合实践教学训练的本质内涵与时代要求,从教学环境、师资队伍、课程体系三个方面分析了实践教学的教学条件,深入研究了高等院校实践教学改革的实施过程,提出了实践教学改革应该注意的问题,为高等院校有效开展实践教学改革提供参考借鉴。Practice teaching reform puts forward higher requirements for colleges and universities personnel training.The colleges and universities should adapt to changes,vigorously carry out practice teaching.Therefore,the construction of practical teaching related to the survival and development of colleges and universities is the key to whether higher education can be characterized and effective.Combined with the essential connotation of practice teaching and the requirements of the times,the actual practice teaching condition from three aspects are analyzed:the teaching environment,the teaching staff and the curriculum system,in-depth study of the implementation process of practice teaching and training in colleges and universities,some problems that should be paid attention to in practice teaching and training are put forward,hoping to provide reference for colleges and universities to carry out practice teaching.
