摘　　要：持续改进是专业认证三大核心理念之一,也是专业认证的精髓所在;立德树人是我国新时代教育的根本任务。如何将立德树人融入专业认证的全过程,是专业进行持续改进必须关注的核心问题。南阳理工学院的机械设计制造及其自动化专业以持续改进为契机,将立德树人要素全面融入专业培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系,重构了面向产出的人才培养方案,为实现育人与育才的有机统一奠定了坚实的基础。Continuous improvement is one of the three core concepts of professional accreditation,and it is also the essence of professional accreditation,while building morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of China’s education in the new era.Thus,how to integrate the moral education into the whole process of professional accreditation is the core issue that must be paid attention to in the continuous improvement of the profession.Therefore,taking the opportunity of continuous improvement,the major of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation in our university has fully integrated the essential factor of moral education into the proficiency capacity,graduate attributes and curriculum system,and the outcome oriented talent training program has been reconstructed,which laid a solid foundation for the organic unity of moral education and talent education.
