摘 要:在项目建设过程中,经常遇到因施工操作不当导致地基土受扰动,导致地基承载力不能满足设计要求,为此需要对扰动的地基土进行加固处理来提高地基承载力。本研究以皖北地区某高层住宅建筑为例,由于降水井处理不当,使地基中的部分粉细砂随水抽出,导致原CFG复合地基承载力不满足,针对该问题,提出深层高压旋喷注浆与浅层静压注浆相结合的复合注浆处理方案,探讨其中的设计要点,从而达到高效的加固效果。In the process of project construction,it is often encountered that the foundation soil is disturbed due to improper construction operation,resulting in the bearing capacity of the foundation can not meet the design requirements,so it is necessary to strengthen the disturbed foundation soil to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.This study takes a high-rise residential building in northern Anhui as an example.Due to improper treatment of the dewatering well,some fine sand in the foundation is extracted with water,resulting in inadequate bearing capacity of the original CFG composite foundation.To solve this problem,a composite grouting treatment scheme combining deep high pressure rotary jet grouting and shallow static pressure grouting is proposed,and the key points of design are discussed,so as to achieve efficient reinforcement effect.
