雷贝拉唑钠治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡对患者C-反应蛋白和白细胞介素-8及胃肠激素水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨雷贝拉唑钠治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡对患者超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、胃肠激素水平的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年6月本院收治的82例幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为参照组与治疗组,每组41例。治疗组在阿莫西林、克拉霉素等常规用药基础上加用雷贝拉唑钠,参照组在阿莫西林、克拉霉素等常规用药基础上加用奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-8、胃肠激素水平及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于参照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清IL-8、hs-CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组血清IL-8、hs-CRP水平均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(Gas)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组胃肠激素MTL、Gas水平均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规用药基础上加用雷贝拉唑钠治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠溃疡疗效显著,能有效抑制患者十二指肠溃疡处的炎症反应,调节肠胃激素水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of rebeprazole sodium treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer on the highly sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8)and gastrointestinal hormone levels.Methods 82 patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer admitted from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research sbjects,and they were divided into reference group and treatment group,with 41 cases in each group.The treatment group added rebeprazole sodium to the conventional drugs of amoxicillin and clarithromycin,and the reference group added omeprazole to the conventional drugs such as amoxicillin and clarithromycin.The improvement of serum hs-CRP,IL-8 and gastrointestinal hormone levels,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the treatment group was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum IL-8 and hs-CRP levels between the two groups;after treatment,the serum levels of IL-8 and hs-CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(Gas)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of gastrointestinal hormones MTL and Gas in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rebeprazole sodium added to the conventional use of Helicobacter pylori-positive duodenal ulcer can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction of duodenal ulcer and regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone,which is worthy of clinical application.
