摘　　要：目的探讨血红素加氧酶-1在胃癌组织中的表达及对其价值分析。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的30例胃癌且采用根治术治疗的患者作为研究对象,观察组为胃癌患者肿瘤组织中的血红素加氧酶-1表达;对照组为胃癌患者周边正常组织中的血红素加氧酶-1表达。比较两组血红素加氧酶-1的表达吸光度和其mRNA的表达水平。结果观察组血红素加氧酶-1呈高表达,且明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血红素加氧酶-1的mRNA的表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者组织中血红素加氧酶-1的表达情况与患者肿瘤的恶性程度具有相关性,值得临床上参考借鉴诊断胃癌的恶化程度。Objective To investigate the expression of heme oxygenase-1 in gastric cancer and its value.Methods 30 patients with gastric cancer who were treated by radical surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,the observation group was the expression of heme oxygenase-1 in tumor tissues of gastric cancer patients;The control group was the expression of heme oxygenase-1 in the peripheral normal tissues of patients with gastric cancer.The absorbance and mRNA expression of heme oxygenase-1 were compared between the two groups.Results The expression of heme oxygenase-1 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The expression level of heme oxygenase-1 mRNA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a clear correlation between the expression of heme oxygenase-1 in the tissues of gastric cancer patients and the malignant degree of the tumor,which is worthy of clinical reference for the diagnosis of the deterioration of gastric cancer.
