微螺钉支抗种植体与口外弓强支抗正畸疗法在错[牙合]畸形矫治中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨微螺钉支抗种植体与口外弓强支抗正畸疗法在错[牙合]畸形矫治中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月本院口腔科收治的86例错[牙合]畸形患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组给予口外弓强支抗治疗,研究组给予微螺钉支抗种植体支抗治疗,比较两组临床疗效、牙列指标差值、并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组上切牙宽度、下切牙宽度、上中切牙角、下中切牙角差值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的20.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微螺钉支抗种植体支抗治疗错[牙合]畸形患者疗效显著,可改善牙列,且安全性高,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of microscrew anchorage implant and external pedicle strong anchorage orthodontic therapy in the malocclusion correction.Methods 86 patients with malocclusion in the stomatology department of our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given strong pedicle anchorage therapy,and the study group was given microscrew anchorage implant anchorage therapy.The clinical efficacy,dentition index difference and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 72.09%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference values of width of upper incisor teeth,width of lower incisor teeth,Angle of upper central incisor teeth and Angle of lower central incisor teeth in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.65%,lower than 20.93%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscrew anchorage implant anchorage is effective in the treatment of malocclusion patients,can improve dentition,and high safety,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
