面动脉颊瓣治疗修复口腔颌面部缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究面动脉颊瓣治疗修复口腔颌面部缺损的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2020年6月本院口腔科收治的50例口腔颌面部缺损修复患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组,每组各25例。研究组行面动脉颊瓣修复治疗,对照组行其他修复手术治疗,比较两组修复效果、手术情况及并发症发生情况。结果修复后,两组色泽比较差异无统计学意义,研究组美观度高于对照组,皮瓣功能强于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后,研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为12.00%,低于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面动脉颊瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损效果显著,可有效改善皮瓣功能和美观程度,提高色泽,且手术时间、住院时间较短,术中出血量较少,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of facial artery buccal flap in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial defects.Methods 50 patients with oral and maxillofacial defect repair admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The study group underwent facial artery buccal flap repair treatment,and the control group underwent other repair surgery,and the repair effect,surgery and complications between the two groups were compared.Results After repair,there was no significant difference in the color difference between the two groups,the aesthetics of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the flap function of the study group was stronger than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After repair,the operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 12.00%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of facial artery buccal flap in repairing oral and maxillofacial defects is significant,which can effectively improve the function and aesthetics of the flap,improve the color the flap,and shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,and have high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
