盐酸川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注治疗急性期脑血栓患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注治疗急性期脑血栓患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月至2020年6月本院收治的108例急性期脑血栓患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,每组54例。对照组给予常规内科治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液辅助治疗,比较两组神经功能、认知功能、生活自理能力、活动能力、预后及生命质量。结果治疗前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)、生命质量(QOL)评分比较差异均无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分、Barthel指数、ADL评分、GOS、QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗急性期脑血栓患者疗效显著,可改善患者神经功能与认知功能,提高生活能力和生命质量,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods 108 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to admission treatment methods,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medical treatment,while the observation group was given adjunctive treatment of ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on the basis of the control group.The neural function,cognitive function,self-care ability,activity ability,prognosis and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NIHSS,MMSE,Barthel index,ADL,GOS and QOL between the two groups;After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the MMSE score,Barthel index,ADL score,GOS,QOL score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection has a significant effect on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis,it can improve their neurological and cognitive functions,improve their living ability and quality of life,and improve their prognosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
