银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗病毒性结膜炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦凝胶治疗病毒性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月于本院就诊的68例病毒性结膜炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组34例。对照组采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银翘散加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状发生情况、痊愈所需时间及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.18%,明显高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);治疗2周后,两组结膜充血和耳后淋巴结肿大发生率明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05);痊愈后随访3个月,观察组复发率为14.71%,低于对照组的41.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银翘散加减联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗病毒性结膜炎效果显着,且可以减少疾病的痊愈时间。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinqiaosan combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treatment of viral conjunctivitis.Methods 68 patients with viral conjunctivitis admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ganciclovir gel,and the observation group was treated with Yinqiaosan plus or minus on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom occurrence,recovery time and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%,which was significantly higher than 73.53% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the incidence of conjunctival congestion and retroauricular lymph node enlargement in 2 groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 14.71%,lower than 41.18% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinqiao Powder combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel has a significant effect on viral conjunctivitis,and can reduce the healing time of the disease.
