摘　　要：目的探究鼻咽癌高危患者中检测血浆EB病毒DNA(EBV-DNA)定量的价值。方法选取2019年7月至2020年6月本院收治的100例鼻咽癌高危患者作为观察组,另选取同期于本院体检的100名健康体检者作为对照组。两组均检测血浆EBV-DNA,分析两组初筛(阳性率、确诊率)和随访结果(阳性率、确诊率)。结果观察组阳性率(92.86%)、确诊率(64.29%)均高于对照组(13.95%、3.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EBV-DNA阳性率(94.74%)、确诊率(15.79%)均高于EBV-DNA阴性(11.48%、1.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定量检测血浆EBV-DNA能提高鼻咽癌筛查的准确性,避免误诊、漏诊,为后期治疗提供参考数据,避免延误最佳治愈时机,改善预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the quantitative value of plasma Epstein-Barr virus DNA(EBV-DNA)in high-risk patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 100 high-risk patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy patients who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Plasma EBV-DNA was detected in the two groups,and the initial screening(positive rate,confirmed rate)and follow-up results(positive rate,confirmed rate)of the two groups were analyzed.Results The biopsy rate(92.86%)and the diagnosis rate(64.29%)in the observation group were higher than(13.95%and 3.49%)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive biopsy rate(94.74%)and diagnosis rate(15.79%)of EBV-DNA were higher than(11.48%and 1.64%)of negative EBV-DNA,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative detection of plasma EBV-DNAcan improve the accuracy of screening nasopharyngeal carcinoma,avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,provide reference data for later treatment,avoid delaying the optimal cure time,and improve prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
