摘　　要：青少年儿童是身心发育的关键时期,颌骨疾病和手术不但导致颌骨畸形和功能障碍,还影响颌面、牙齿和心理发育。青少年儿童颌骨疾病的临床治疗应遵循“微创性”和“功能性”的理念,包括精准化的微创切口和手术入路、手术尽量保存重要组织形态、组织缺损及时重建修复,预防和减少颌骨疾病和手术创伤造成的器官组织功能障碍和发育畸形导致的心理创伤和交往障碍。本文综述了近年来微创性功能性外科治疗青少年儿童颌骨常见炎症、骨折、肿瘤、畸形的临床研究进展,为科学有效治疗青少年儿童颌骨疾病提供理论支持。Teenagers and children are the key period of physical and mental development,jaw disease and surgery not only leads to jaw deformity and dysfunction,but also affects maxillofacial,dental and psychological development.The clinical treatment of jaw diseases in adolescents and children should follow the concept of"minimally invasive"and"functional",including precise minimally invasive incision and surgical approach,preserving important tissue morphology as much as possible,timely reconstruction and repair of tissue defects,preventing and reducing organ and tissue dysfunction and developmental deformity caused by jaw diseases and surgical trauma,and then lead to psychological trauma and communication barriers.This paper reviews the clinical research progress of minimally invasive and functional surgical in the treatment of common jaw inflammation,fracture,tumor and deformity in teenagers and children in recent years,so as to provide theoretical support for the scientific and effective treatment of jaw diseases in teenagers and children.
