国内外痴呆及认知功能障碍患者语言与交际障碍研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过可视化分析探讨痴呆及认知功能障碍患者语言与交际障碍问题研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。方法检索1994-2021年中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的关于研究痴呆及认知功能障碍患者语言问题的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行发文量、国家和关键词的可视化分析。结果近30年中外文发文量总体呈上升趋势,近5年增长迅速;欧美发达国家发文量领先,我国发文量相对较少;国外研究热点包括不同类型认知障碍的语言特征分析、机器学习和语音自动分析辅助诊断等领域,国内研究热点集中于康复护理和多模态语用分析;临床诊断中语言功能测评同时受到国内外研究重点关注。结论我国在痴呆及认知功能障碍患者的语言问题的研究方面存在研究内容相对狭窄、研究领域尚待拓展、跨学科合作尚待开展等问题,结合自动语音识别、眼动、神经影像等技术探索语言认知神经机制或将成为今后的研究趋势,未来研究需要促进多学科融合,创新研究方法,深化研究主题。Objective To explore the research status,research hotspots and development trends of language and communication disorders in patients with dementia and cognitive impairment through visual analysis.Methods From 1994 to 2021,CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection were searched for literature on the study of language function in patients with dementia and cognitive dysfunction.CiteSpace was used for visualization analysis of the number of publications,countries,and keywords.Results In the past 30 years,the number of publications showed an increasing trend,and the growth rate was rapid in the past five years.The number of articles published by European and American countries was leading,while the number of articles published by China was relatively small.Overseas popular research topics included language impairments of different types of cognitive disorders and the diagnosis with assistance of machine learning and automatic speech analysis.Chinese hot research topics focused on rehabilitation,nursing,and multimodal pragmatic analysis.The evaluation of language function in clinical diagnosis had received much attention both in China and abroad.Conclusion There are some problems in the research of language problems in patients with dementia and cognitive dysfunction in China,such as relatively narrow research content,research field to be expanded,and interdisciplinary cooperation to be carried out.Exploring the neural mechanism of language cognition combined with automatic speech recognition,eye movement,neuroimaging and other technologies may become the future research trend.Future research needs to promote multidisciplinary integration,innovate research methods,and deepen research topics.
