补阳还五汤对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血清白细胞介素-1β和血清基质金属蛋白酶2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究补阳还五汤对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2018年7月本院收治的113例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=56)和治疗组(n=57)。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度和血清IL-1β、MMP-2水平。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FIB水平、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组FIB水平、血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-1β、MMP-2水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-1β、MMP-2水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,可改善血液流变学指标,降低L-1β、MMP-2水平,改善脑循环,减轻炎症反应,缓解病情,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on hemorheology,and serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 113 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the control group(n=56)and the treatment group(n=57)according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,the levels of fibrinogen(FIB),plasma viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,whole blood high-cut viscosity,serum IL-1βand MMP-2 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%,which was significantly higher than 82.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the FIB level,plasma viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity and whole blood high-cut viscosity between the two groups;after treatment,FIB level,plasma viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity and whole blood high-cut viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1βand MMP-2 between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of IL-1βand MMP-2 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction has significant effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can improve the blood rheological indexes,reduce the levels of L-1βand MMP-2,so as to improve the cerebral c
