摘　　要：目的探究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染、p16基因、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达水平与扁桃体鳞状细胞癌患者病理特征的关系。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月本院收治的37例扁桃体鳞状细胞癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行HPV感染、p16基因、EGFR检测。观察患者HPV感染情况和p16基因、EGFR水平表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果37例患者中共检出HPV阳性11例(27.73%),阴性26例(70.27%);p16基因高表达12例(32.43%),低表达25例(67.57%);EGFR阳性18例(48.65%),阴性19例(51.35%)。HPV感染阳性率、p16基因高表达与患者的病理分级有关(P<0.05);EGFR表达与患者的临床病理特征无关。结论扁桃体鳞状细胞癌患者HPV感染阳性率、p16基因高表达、EGFR阳性率均较高,且HPV感染阳性率、p16基因高表达与患者的病理分级有关,可为临床诊治提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the relationship between human papilloma virus(HPV)infection,p16 gene and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)expression and pathological features of patients with tonsillar squamous cell carcinoma.Methods A total of 37 patients with tonsillar squamous cell carcinoma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,all patients were tested for HPV infection,p16 gene and EGFR.The HPV infection,the expression of p16 gene and EGFR level and their relationship with clinicopathological signs were observed.Results Among the 37 patients,a total of 11 cases(27.73%)were HPV positive and 26 cases(70.27%)were HPV negative;12 cases(32.43%)with high expression of p16 gene and 25 cases(67.57%)with low expression;18 cases(48.65%)were EGFR positive and 19 cases(51.35%)were EGFR negative.The positive rate of HPV infection and the high expression of p16 gene were related to the pathological grade of patients(P<0.05);the expression of EGFR level was not related to the clinicopathological features of patients.Conclusion The positive rate of HPV infection,high expression of p16 gene and positive rate of EGFR in in patients with tonsillar squamous cell carcinoma are high,and the positive rate of HPV infection,high expression of p16 gene and pathological grade of patients can provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
