中山市22家医疗机构环境消毒和口腔治疗用水调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查中山市22家医疗机构环境消毒和口腔治疗用水质量,以期为防控微生物污染制订针对性措施。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月中山市22家具有口腔诊疗资历的医疗机构作为研究对象,调查22家医疗机构环境消毒和口腔治疗用水质量,比较公立与民营机构环境检测样本合格率,比较22家医疗机构的口腔用水水样细菌菌落总数,统计口腔治疗台一次性牙科防回吸手机的配置情况和医护人员清洗口腔治疗台时间>30 s占比情况。结果22家医疗机构消毒环境检测样本共1869份,合格率为67.90%;公立医疗机构环境消毒总合格率为73.84%,高于民营医疗机构的61.78%,且公立医疗机构空气、口腔治疗用水、物体表面及医护人员手卫生消毒检测合格率均明显高于民营医疗机构,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同治疗用水的水样类型细菌菌落总数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且漱口水细菌菌落总数均低于手机水、三枪水、洁牙机水,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同水源用水的水样类型细菌菌落总数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且自来水细菌菌落总数均低于过滤器水、储水瓶水,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。49台口腔综合治疗台中,一次性牙科防回吸手机配置率为71.43%,其中公立医疗机构为74.19%,民营医疗机构为66.67%。49名医护人员中,清洗口腔治疗台时间>30 s总占比为77.55%,其中公立医疗机构占比80.65%,民营医疗机构占比72.22%。结论中山市公立医疗机构环境消毒质量优于民营医疗机构,但均有口腔用水污染严重问题,需尽快提出并制订环境及治疗用水规范守则及防控微生物污染措施,保障医疗健康。Objective To investigate the quality of water used for environmental disinfection and oral treatment in 22 medical institutions in Zhongshan City,so as to formulate targeted measures for the prevention and control of microbial contamination.Methods The environmental disinfection and oral treatment water quality of 22 medical institutions with dental diagnosis and treatment qualifications in Zhongshan City from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and the environmental disinfection and oral treatment water quality of 22 medical institutions were investigated,the qualified rate of environmental testing samples between public and private institutions were compared,the total number of bacterial colonies in oral water from 22 medical institutions was compared,the configuration of the disposable dental anti-suction mobile phone on the oral treatment table and the proportion of time>30 s for cleaning the oral treatment table was counted.Results A total of 1869 samples of disinfection environment were tested in 22 medical institutions,and the qualified rate was 67.90%.The total qualified rate of environmental disinfection in public medical institutions was 73.84%,which was higher than 61.78%in private medical institutions,and the qualified rates of air,oral treatment water,object surface and hand hygiene disinfection of medical staff in public medical institutions were significantly higher than those in private medical institutions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total number of bacterial colonies in different treatment water(P<0.05),and the total number of bacterial colonies in mouthwash was lower than that in mobile phone water,Sanqiang water and tooth cleaning machine water,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the total number of bacterial colonies in water samples of different water sources(P<0.05),and the total number of bacterial colonies in tap wa
