麦默通微创旋切手术与传统外科手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的探究麦默通微创旋切手术与传统外科手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2021年3月于本院接受治疗的216例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组108例。对照组行传统外科手术治疗,观察组行麦默通微创旋切手术治疗,比较两组手术指标、临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中失血总量少于对照组,切口总长度短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的87.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组的19.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统外科手术比较,麦默通微创旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤效果更佳,可改善手术指标,降低并发症发生率,能为临床治疗乳腺类疾病提供更多参考依据,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Maimoton minimally invasive rotary resection surgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors.Methods 216 patients with benign breast tumors who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 108 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with Maimoton minimally invasive rotary resection surgery,the surgical indexes,clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the total intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the total length of the incision was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 87.04%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than 19.44%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery,Maimoton minimally invasive rotary resection surgery has better effect in the treatment of benign breast tumors,which can improve the surgical indicators and reduce the incidence of complications,it can provide more references for clinical treatment of breast diseases and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
