摘　　要：随着高职院校后勤社会化改革的深入,学生社区逐渐被赋予了网格化、社会化的特征,学生社区从高职学生学习生活共同体蜕变为高职协同育人的新载体,同时肩负开展三全育人、思政工作的职责。从高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的价值意蕴出发,从价值取向、内涵建设、建设方式探索高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的建设思路,通过完善配套管理制度、全员参与社区育人等路径构建高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式,实现高职学生管理工作的高质量发展,以期为我国学生社区综合管理模式创新提供新思路。With the deepening logistics socialization reform in higher vocational colleges,student community has been endowed with grid and social characteristics with the deepening logistics socialization reform in higher vocational colleges.It has transformed from a community of higher vocational students'learning and life into a new carrier of higher vocational cooperative education,bearing the responsibilities of carrying out three-whole education with ideological and political work.Starting from the value implication of the integrated management mode on"one-stop"student community in higher vocational colleges,this study explores the construction concepts from the perspective of value orientation,connotation construction and construction mode.By perfecting the supporting management system and participating in the community education path,the"one-stop"integrated management mode of student community in higher vocational colleges can realize the high-quality development of student management,so as to provide new ideas for the innovation of integrated management mode on student community in China.
