摘　　要：中医药是我国独有的卫生资源、潜在的经济资源、优秀的文化资源和重要的生态资源,为增强人民健康做出了重要贡献。山东是中医药大省,“十四五”时期是推进健康山东建设、创建全国医养结合示范省的关键时期,中医养生保健、特色康复、健康旅游等新业态的快速形成和新职业的不断涌现,催生出对中医药健康服务产业人才的强烈需求。近年来,山东中医药事业发展虽取得较大进展,但仍存在基层中医药人才紧缺,县级以下中医药服务能力较为薄弱,城乡社区基层中医药从业人员不足、水平不高等问题,亟需充分发挥中医药职业院校的作用,加大基层技术技能中医药人才的培养力度。Traditional Chinese medicine,which has made important contribution to improving people’s health,is the unique health resource,potential economic resource,excellent cultural resource and important ecological resource in China.Since Shandong is a major province of traditional Chinese medicine,the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan period is the key period for it to promote Healthy Shandong construction and create a national demonstration province for integrated eldercare services with medical care.Meanwhile,the rapid formation of new forms of health care of traditional Chinese medicine,characteristic rehabilitation,health tourism and the continuous emergence of new professions have generated a strong demand for talents in health service industry of traditional Chinese medicine.Although Shandong has made great progress in the development of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,there are still problems,such as shortage of traditional Chinese medicine talents at the grassroots level,relatively weak service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine at and below the county level,and insufficient and low-level traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in urban and rural communities,which need to give full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine vocational colleges and strengthen the training of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine talents with technical skills.
