摘 要:目的观察远程网络学习中高校大学生的压力水平、应对方式及疲乏感。方法抽取山东省烟台市3所本科院校4个年级的大学生为研究对象,调查其最大压力源,以中文版知觉压力量表等评估不同年级的压力感知水平、应对方式及疲乏感。结果远程网络学习中大学生最大压力源为学习和就业。压力水平和个人消极应对方式及疲劳程度存在中度正相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);压力水平和个人积极应对方式存在低度负相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。消极应对方式与疲劳程度存在中度正相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);积极应对方式与疲劳程度存在中度负相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论大学生个人消极应对方式越多,压力水平越高,疲劳程度越高;个人积极应对方式越多,压力水平越低,疲劳程度越低。4个年级的大学生之间学习压力不同,随着年级的增加,学生心理压力逐渐增大。Objective To investigate the psychological stress level,coping style and fatigue among different grades in distance Network learning.Methods Students of 4 grades in 3 undergraduate colleges in Yantai of Shandong Province were selected as the research objects to investigate their maximum stressors,and the Chinese version of perceived stress scale was used to evaluate the perceived level of stress,coping style and fatigue in different grades.Results The biggest source of stress of college students were from study and employment pressure in distance Network learning.The stress level and degree of fatigue and individual negative coping style had moderate positive correlation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The stress level and individual positive coping style has low negative correlation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The individual negative coping style and degree of fatigue has moderate positive correlation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The individual positive coping style and degree of fatigue has moderate negative correlation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The more negative coping styles college students have,the higher their stress level and fatigue level.The more positive coping styles individuals had,the lower their stress levels and the lower their fatigue levels.The study pressure of students in four grades is different,and the psychological pressure of students increases gradually with the increase of grade.
