《黄帝内经》“髓”概念解析

摘　　要：“髓”是《黄帝内经》中的一个重要概念,在书中出现了64次,既单独出现,也以脑髓、骨髓、髓海、髓空、髓孔、髓液等合成词汇出现。髓的生成、所在部位与脑、肾、精、骨、脊等人体的器官和组织密切相关。依据《黄帝内经》原文,结合现代解剖学知识,对《黄帝内经》的髓概念进行解析,认为髓的基本内涵是骨内、骨与骨之间和出入骨孔的液性和柔性物质,包括现代概念的骨髓,以及脑组织、脊髓和一些神经束等神经组织。髓与骨联用成“骨髓”时多代表前者,而与脑联用成“脑髓”时多代表后者,两者均具备髓的基本内涵。"Marrow"is an important concept in Huang Di Nei Jing,which appears 64 times in the book,either alone or in synthetic words such as cerebral marrow,bone marrow,marrow sea,marrow space,marrow hole,or marrow fluid.The formation and location of the marrow are closely related to the organs and tissues of the human body such as the brain,Kidney,Essence,bone,and spine.Based on the original text of Huang Di Nei Jing,combined with modern anatomical knowledge,this paper analyzes the concept of marrow in Huang Di Nei Jing,and it is believed that the basic connotation of the marrow is the liquid and soft substance in the bone(bone space),between bones and in and out of the bone hole,including the bone marrow,brain tissue,spinal cord and large nerve bundles of the modern concept.The marrow represents the bone marrow when combined with bone to form"bone marrow",and the neural tissues when combined with the brain to form"brain marrow",both of which have the basic connotation of the marrow.
