摘 要:本文对压力容器筒体冷成型后的变形率计算公式进行推导,本文推导的公式与GB/T 150—2011《压力容器》中的公式表示不同的概念含义,认为本文给出的公式更为合理。根据有关研究和试验结果,认为椭圆封头在压制过程中产生的塑性变形是多种应力共同作用下的协调变形,并且受到多种因素的影响,因此基于弯曲应力模型得到的变形率计算公式,不能反映封头实际的变形程度。对名义应变和对数应变进行简要的说明,根据两者之间的函数曲线关系,证明在较小变形时两者计算值近似相等。In this paper,it deduced the formula of forming strain of pressure vessel cylinder made by cold forming process.It is considered that the derivation formula in this paper is different from the formula in the standard of GB/T 150:2011 Pressure Vessel and the formula given in this paper is more reasonable.According to the relevant research,the plastic deformation of elliptical head in the forming process is the coordinated deformation under the joint action of various stresses and it is affected by many factors.Therefore,the calculation formula of forming strain based on bending stress model can not reflect the actual deformation degree of the cylinder head.The definitions of nominal strain and logarithmic strain was explained.According to the function curve relationship between the two,it is proved that the calculation values of the two are approximately equal in small deformation.
