摘  要:本文介绍了一例非典型性锅炉缺水爆炸事故,并采用材料分析的方法对事故原因进行了分析,其爆炸原因是缺水干烧、炉胆失稳造成炉水在炉胆内瞬间汽化,进而超压爆炸。这与常见的锅炉干烧后的突然进水,水进入锅壳后在高温下短时间内汽化,压力骤增导致的锅炉爆炸有所不同。最后在使用、设计、安装等方面提出一些建议,以提升锅炉安全运行的可靠性。An atypical boiler explosion caused by water losing is described in this article.Material analysis is used to figure out the explosion reason.During the accident,the dry operating without water of the boiler and the instability of the furnace caused the furnace water to vaporize instantly and leaded to overpressure explosion.Unlike the normal boiler explosion caused by the sudden water inflow after dry operating,water entering the shell at high temperature and vaporizing for a short time,and leading to sudden pressure increase.Finally,some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of use,design and installation to improve the reliability of the safe operation of the boiler.
