摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,生态宜居和人才振兴是关键,职业教育在乡村振兴人才培养方面具有较大优势。基于杨凌职业技术学院“百名教授进百村”乡村振兴调研,分析陕西关中农村人居环境与建筑业发展现状及存在的主要问题,准确把握农村建筑工程技术专业人才需要,确定建筑工程技术专业乡村振兴人才培养目标,调整课程教学内容,培养满足乡村振兴需要的建筑工程技术专业人才,实现职业教育与乡村振兴的同频互动。To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,ecological livability and talent revitalization are the key,and vocational education has great advantages in rural revitalization personnel training.Based on the rural revitalization investigation of"one hundred professors entering a hundred villages"of Yangling Vocational and Technical College,this paper analyzes the present situation and main problems of the development of rural living environment and construction industry in Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province,and accurately grasps the needs of rural construction engineering and technical professionals,determines the training goal of rural revitalization talents of construction engineering technology major,adjusts the course content,and train construction engineering and technical professionals to meet the needs of rural revitalization and realize the same frequency interaction between vocational education and rural revitalization.
