天舒胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察天舒胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月至2022年6月该院收治的92例偏头痛患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合天舒胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后头痛改善情况、临床疗效、治疗前后颅内动脉血流动力学指标[基底动脉(BA)、椎动脉(VA)、脑前动脉(ACA)、脑后动脉(PCA)和脑中动脉(MCA)血流速度]水平、血清学指标[降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和内皮素-1(ET-1)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组头痛发作次数少于对照组,头痛发作持续时间短于对照组,头痛发作强度低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的71.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BA、VA、ACA、PCA及MCA血流速度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CGRP、5-HT及ET-1水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:天舒胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛患者,可改善头痛发作情况,提高临床疗效,降低颅内动脉血流速度和血清学指标水平,其效果优于单纯盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Tianshu capsules combined with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in treatment of migraine.Methods:The clinical data of 92 patients with migraine admitted to this hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each.The control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,while the observation group was treated with Tianshu capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The improvement of headache,the clinical efficacy,the intracranial arterial hemodynamic index levels[basilar artery(BA),vertebral artery(VA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA)blood flow velocities],the serological index levels[calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and endothelin-1(ET-1)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the number of headache attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the duration of headache attacks was shorter than that in the control group,the intensity of headache attacks was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.30%,which was higher than 71.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the blood flow velocities of BA,VA,ACA,PCA and MCA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CGRP,5-HT and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclu
