CT诊断肠梗阻的临床应用效果及准确性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析对肠梗阻患者采用CT技术进行诊断的作用。方法研究选取2019年05月-2022年05月收治的150例肠梗阻患者为研究对象,全部患者均已被确诊,对其分别采用CT技术与X线技术进行诊断,将诊断结果与确诊结果对比,确认不同诊断技术的应用价值。结果比较两种诊断技术对肠梗阻的检出率,CT技术高于X线技术(P<0.05);比较两种诊断技术对肠梗阻类型的检查准确率,CT技术高于X线技术(P<0.05);比较两种诊断技术对肠梗阻发病原因的诊断准确率,CT技术高于X线技术(P<0.05)。结论对肠梗阻患者采用CT技术进行诊断有着极为确切的作用,不仅可以有效为患者确诊,还能够准确判断患者的肠梗阻类型。同时,还可以检出导致患者发病的原因,这样就能够为制定对患者的治疗措施提供重要的参考,保障对其治疗效果。Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic effect of CT in patients with intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 150 patients with intestinal obstruction admitted from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed with CT and X-ray respectively,and the diagnostic results were compared with the confirmed results to confirm the application value of different diagnostic techniques.Results The detection rate of CT was higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).Compared with the two diagnostic techniques,the accuracy of CT was higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).Compared with the two diagnostic techniques,the diagnostic accuracy of CT was higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).Conclusions CT diagnosis of patients with intestinal obstruction has a very precise role,not only can effectively diagnose patients,but also can accurately judge the type of patients with intestinal obstruction.At the same time,it can also detect the causes of the disease of the patient,which can provide an important reference for the formulation of treatment measures for the patient,to ensure the therapeutic effect.
