摘  要:在“双碳”目标以及新型能源体系建设迅速发展的趋势下,西北电网新能源电量渗透率逐年升高,使得区域电力系统安全稳定运行面临严峻挑战。自动发电控制(Automatic Generation Control, AGC)系统对区域电力系统稳态频率控制等具有重要意义。通过对盐锅峡水电厂,对其机组AGC系统进行调节优化,提出了一种基于PID控制的精确式调节策略。最后,通过现场动态实验运行测试数据对比,验证表明所提出的精确式调节策略对AGC的响应时间和调节速度均有更优表现,具有良好的安全性和稳定性。Under the trend of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"and the rapid development of new energy system construction,the penetration rate of new energy power in the northwest power grid is increasing year by year,which makes the safe and stable operation of regional power system face severe challenges,and the automatic generation control(AGC)system is of great significance to the steady-state frequency control of regional power system.Aiming at the regulation and optimization of the AGC system of Yanguoxia Hydropower Plant,a precise adjustment strategy based on PID control is proposed.Finally,through the field dynamic experimental operation and test data comparison,it is verified that the precise regulation strategy has better performance on the response time and regulation speed of AGC,and the AGC is of good safety and stability.
