摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一种不编码蛋白质的RNA,其转录长度超过200个核苷酸,并且缺乏编码蛋白质的能力。近年来,越来越多的相关研究表明,lncRNA参与肿瘤细胞的多种恶性生物学过程,例如肿瘤的发生、增殖、侵袭、凋亡、分化和代谢。FOXD2相邻对链RNA 1(FOXD2-AS1)是lncRNA的一种,近年研究显示,FOXD2-AS1在多种恶性肿瘤中过表达,与肿瘤的形成、进展和转移密切相关,并且其表达水平与肿瘤患者的存活和预后有关。本文现将对FOXD2-AS1在恶性肿瘤发生发展的作用进行综述,以期寻找有效的肿瘤诊断与治疗靶点及预后标志物。Long-chain non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is an RNA that does not encode protein,whose transcription length is more than 200 nucleotides,and it lacks the ability to encode protein.In recent years,more and more related researches have shown that lncRNA is involved in many malignant biological processes of tumor cells,such as tumor occurrence,proliferation,invasion,apoptosis,differentiation and metabolism.FOXD2 adjacent strand RNA 1(FOXD2AS1)is a kind of long-chain non-coding RNA.In recent years,researches have shown that FOXD2-AS1 is overexpressed in a variety of malignant tumors,which is closely related to the formation,progression and metastasis of tumors,and its expression level is related to the survival and prognosis of tumor patients.The role of FOXD2-AS1 in the occurrence and progression of malignant tumors is now reviewed in this paper,so as to find effective targets for tumor diagnosis and treatment as well as prognostic markers.
