摘 要:目的研究人乳腺癌细胞中Nanog和雄激素受体的功能。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2021年2月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院乳腺癌患者640例,分析乳腺癌Nanog表达、雄激素受体(AR)蛋白表达和临床病理的相关性。结果肿瘤直径<2 cm、2~5 cm、>5 cm患者的Nanog表达水平逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者的Nanog表达水平逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。淋巴结转移0个、≤3个、>3个患者的Nanog表达水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。640例患者中,AR阳性484例,阴性156例,AR阳性率为75.6%,其中肿瘤直径<2 cm、2~5 cm、>5 cm患者的AR阳性率逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床分期Ⅰ期患者的AR阳性率高于Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组织学分级Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者的AR阳性率逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PR阳性患者的AR阳性率高于阴性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。雌激素受体(ER)阴性患者的AR阳性率高于阳性患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人乳腺癌细胞中Nanog和雄激素受体蛋白表达能够将有效依据提供给临床内分泌治疗方案的制定及预后的判断工作。Objective To investigate the functions of Nanog and androgen receptors(ARs)in human breast cancer cells.Methods A total of 640 breast cancer patients in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively selected for analysis of the correlation between Nanog expression,AR protein expression and clinicopathology.Results Nanog expression levels gradually increased with increasing tumor diameter from<2 cm to 2-5 cm to>5 cm(P<0.05).Nanog expression levels gradually increased with increasing clinical staging from StageⅠto StageⅡto StageⅢ(P<0.05).In addition,Nanog expression levels gradually increased with increasing number of lymph node metastases from 0 to≤3 to>3(P<0.05).Of the 640 patients,484 were positive for AR and 156 were negative,with a positive AR rate of 75.6%.The rates of positive AR decreased with increasing tumor diameter from<2 cm to 2-5 cm to>5 cm(P<0.05).The rate of positive AR in patients of StageⅠwas higher than that in patients of StageⅡandⅢ(P<0.05).The rates of positive AR gradually decreased with increasing histological grading from GradeⅠto GradeⅡto GradeⅢ,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The rate of positive AR in progesterone receptor(PR)-positive patients was higher than that in negative patients(P<0.05).The rate of positive AR in estrogen receptor(ER)-negative patients was higher than that in positive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Nanog and AR protein expression in human breast cancer cells can provide a valid basis for scheme development and prognosis determination for clinical endocrine treatment.
