摘 要:目的探讨学龄期儿童中高阶像差(HOAs)与等效球镜度(SER)、眼轴长度(AL)等眼部生物学参数的相关性。方法收集2020年6月至2021年8月于陕西省人民医院门诊查体的6~12岁儿童共177例177眼(右眼),测量角膜曲率(CC)、眼轴长度和总高阶像差、眼内高阶像差(iHOA)、角膜高阶像差、角膜慧差、角膜三叶草差、角膜球差(SA)和角膜初级球差。根据散瞳后等效球镜度(SE2)将受试者分为四组,分析高阶像差与儿童眼部生物学参数之间的相关关系。结果不同类型高阶像差受散光、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、等效球镜度等眼部参数的影响。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,散瞳后SER与HOAs无相关;散瞳前SER(SE1)=61.835-1.488AL-0.631 CC-1.082iHOA;AL=41.867-0.379散瞳后SER-0.423CC-0.549 iHOA+1.277 SA。结论轻中度近视儿童较对照组中高阶像差差异较小,高阶像差在近视进展和眼轴增长中贡献较小。Objective To investigate the correlation between higher-order aberrations(HOAs)and ocular biological parameters such as spherical equivalent refraction(SER)and axial length(AL)in school-age children.Methods A total of 177 cases(177 right eyes)of children aged 6 to 12 admitted to and physically examined in the Outpatient Department of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were collected.Corneal curvature(CC),AL and total HOAs,intraocular higher-order aberration(iHOA),corneal HOAs corneal coma,corneal trefoil aberration,corneal spherical aberration(SA)and corneal primary SA were measured.According to the SER after mydriasis(SE2),the subjects were divided into 4 groups,and the correlation between HOAs and biological parameters of children’s eyes was analyzed.Results Different types of HOAs were influenced by ocular parameters such as astigmatism,CC,AL and SER.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that the SER after mydriasis was not correlated with HOAs.The SER before mydriasis(SE1)=61.835-1.488AL-0.631CC-1.082iHOA;and AL=41.867-0.379SE2-0.423 CC-0.549 iHOA+1.277 SA.Conclusion Compared with the control group,children with mild and moderate myopia have less difference in HOAs,and HOAs have less contribution to myo pia progression and AL growth.
