中国微观经济学理论逻辑体系的构建

摘　　要：中国经济学需要一个扎实的微观经济分析基础。中国微观经济学的核心命题是揭示在社会主义基本经济制度下市场机制的运行规律及微观主体的行为方式。中国微观经济学核心命题的内在规定决定了我们不应照搬西方微观经济学的基本原理,而应以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想为指导,直面中国现实,构建中国自主的经济学知识体系,形成中国微观经济学的理论逻辑体系。本文认为,共享是中国微观经济学的逻辑起点,发展体现了中国微观经济学历史逻辑与理论逻辑的统一,改革是中国微观经济学的实践逻辑。在市场化改革进程中,各个微观主体之间的利益冲突只能通过市场竞争来协调,而社会主义基本经济制度决定了利益主体之间存在合作的可能性,从而合作与竞争成为社会主义市场经济条件下共享发展成果的微观机理。中国微观经济学以中国过去四十多年的市场化改革进程这一特征性事实为研究对象,在竞争与合作的微观分析框架下揭示中国道路与中国模式背后的微观经济学逻辑。同时,中国微观经济学特别关注国有企业改革以及政府与市场之间关系这两个重大理论与实际问题。Chinese economics requires a solid foundation of microeconomic analysis.The core proposition of Chinese microeconomics is to reveal the operation law of the market mechanism and the behavior mode of micro entities under the basic socialist economic system.The intrinsic requirement of the core proposition of Chinese microeconomics determines that we should take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Economy with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide,face China's reality,build China's own economic knowledge system,and form a theoretical logic system of Chinese microeconomics.This paper argues that sharing is the logical starting point of Chinese microeconomics,development reflects the unity of the historical logic and theoretical logic of Chinese microeconomics,and reform is the practical logic of Chinese microeconomics.In the process of market-oriented reform,the conflict of interests among various micro entities can only be coordinated through market competition;however,the basic socialist economic system determines the possibility of cooperation between stakeholders,so that cooperation and competition become the micro mechanism for sharing the fruits of development under the conditions of socialist market economy.Chinese microeconomics takes the stylized fact of China's market-oriented reform process over the past four decades as the research object,and reveals the microeconomic logic behind the Chinese road and Chinese model under the framework of micro analysis of competition and cooperation.At the same time,Chinese microeconomics pays special attention to two major theoretical and practical issues:the reform of state-owned enterprises and the relationship between the government and the market.
