奥扎格雷钠联合法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价奥扎格雷钠联合法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台及维普网数据库,收集奥扎格雷钠联合法舒地尔治疗急性脑梗死的临床随机对照试验,运用RevMan 5.3.4进行系统评价。结果9项临床研究被纳入,共计896例患者。Meta分析结果显示,奥扎格雷钠联合法舒地尔可显著提高急性脑梗死患者的总有效率[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.29),P<0.001]、基本治愈率[RR=1.76,95%CI(1.46,2.11),P<0.001],改善神经功能缺损评分[MD=-3.98,95%CI(-6.64,-1.31),P=0.003],提高日常生活活动能力评分[MD=19.78,95%CI(15.67,23.89),P<0.001]。结论奥扎格雷钠联合法舒地尔能改善急性脑梗死症状,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To assess the efficacy of ozagrel sodium combined with fasudil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Cochrane Library,PubMed,CJFD,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP database were searched by computer.To collect the clinical randomized controlled trial(RCTs)of ozagrel sodium combined with fasudil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.The systematic analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.4 software.Results A total of 9 RCTs involving 896 patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that ozagrel sodium combined with fasudil could significantly promote the total effective rate[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.29),P<0.001]and basic cure rate[RR=1.76,95%CI(1.46,2.11),P<0.001],improved neurological deficit score[MD=-3.98,95%CI(-6.64,-1.31),P=0.003]and the ability of daily living activities[MD=19.78,95%CI(15.67,23.89),P<0.001]of acute cerebral infaretion patients.Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with fasudil can improve the symptoms of acute cerebral infarction,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
