摘　　要：目前恶性肿瘤仍然严重威胁着人类的健康和生命,而微小核糖核酸(microRNAs,miRNAs)的表达水平与多种肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关,可在多种肿瘤的发生中起到促进或抑制的作用。microRNA-429(miR-429)作为miR-200家族的成员之一,它的异常表达可以导致多种肿瘤的发生,促进或抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭、迁移、上皮-间质转化和耐药性。根据肿瘤细胞和组织的不同类型,miR-429可能特异性地作为某些肿瘤的终止子或启动子发挥作用。miR-429的作用机制复杂,可在不同的肿瘤细胞和组织中产生不同的效应,可以抑制肿瘤的发生,也可以促进肿瘤的发生,在一些肿瘤中还显示出矛盾的作用。本文综述了miR-429与恶性肿瘤的关系以及潜在的作用机制,并分析了miR-429作为某些肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后的生物标志物的意义。At present,malignant tumors are still a serious threat to human health and life,and the expression level of small ribonucleic acid(microRNAs,miRNAs)is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors,which can play a promoting or inhibiting role in the occurrence of a variety of tumors.As a member of the miR-200 family,the abnormal expression of microRNA-429(miR-429)can lead to the occurrence of various tumors,promoting or inhibiting tumor cell invasion,migration,epithelial-mesenchymal transition and drug resistance.Depending on the different types of tumor cells and tissues,miR-429 may function specifically as a terminator or promoter for certain tumors.The mechanism of miR-429 is complex,which can produce different effects in different tumor cells and tissues,can inhibit tumorigenesis and promote tumorigenesis,and also shows contradictory effects in some tumors.This review summarizes the relationship of miR-429 with malignancy and the underlying mechanism of action and analyzes the significance of miR-429 as a biomarker for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of certain tumors.
