摘　　要：马克思在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中对劳动异化理论作了较为集中和深刻的阐述,其关于劳动异化规定的考察、关于共产主义的论证、关于对象化活动范畴的提出、关于人的实践本质的分析,都包涵了丰富的人本维度及其人的自由和全面发展的思想。深入研究其本质内涵,对于坚持以人为本、以人民为中心的原则和促进人的本质发展,都具有重要的理论和实践意义。In 1844 Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts,Marx made a concentrated and profound elaboration on the theory of alienation of labor.His investigation of the stipulation of alienation of labor,the demonstration of communism,the proposal of the category of objectified activities,and the analysis of the essence of human practice all contain the rich humanistic dimension and the thoughts of human freedom and all-round development.Digging deep into its essential connotation has important theoretical and practical significance for adhering to the principle of people-oriented and people-centered and promoting the development ofhumanessence.
