综合视觉训练对弱视患者的疗效和依从性观察

摘　　要：目的分析综合视觉训练的弱视患者治疗依从性及疗效性。方法选取2018年7月至2019年8月200例(294眼)弱视患者,以数字表法随机分为2组,对照组予以传统综合视觉训练,试验组予以智能化多维综合视觉训练,观察2组疗效及患儿依从性,并分析试验组不同临床特征患儿疗效,并进行相关性分析。结果试验组总有效率93.51%,明显高于对照组80.00%(P>0.05);试验组患儿依从性明显优于对照组(P>0.05);3~6岁患儿疗效明显优于其他年龄段患儿(P>0.05),7~10岁患儿优于10~13岁患儿(P>0.05);屈光不正性弱视疗效明显优于其他类型弱视(P>0.05);轻度弱视患儿疗效明显高于中、重度弱视(P>0.05),且中度明显高于重度(P>0.05);中心注视性患儿疗效明显高于旁中心注视患儿(P>0.05);高依从性患儿疗效明显优于一般与低依从性患儿(P>0.05),一般依从性患儿疗效明显优于低依从性患儿(P>0.05);患儿年龄、弱视程度与疗效呈负相关(P>0.05),依从性与疗效呈正相关(P>0.05);3~6岁患儿依从性明显更好,其次为7~10岁患儿依从性较好(P>0.05),年龄与治疗依从性呈负相关(P>0.05)。结论智能化多维综合视觉训练能够提高弱视患者依从性,获得更好疗效,疗效与患者年龄、弱视类型、弱视程度、注视性质及依从性密切相关,依从性又与年龄相关,临床应针对这些特征,尽早予以治疗。Objective To analyze the compliance and curative effect of a comprehensive vision training on amblyopia patients.Methods A total of 200 amblyopia patients(294 eyes)treated from July 2018 to August 2019 were randomly assigned into control group(traditional comprehensive vision training)and experimental group(intelligent and multi-dimensional comprehensive vision training).The curative effect and compliance in both groups were observed.The curative effect on children with different clinical characteristics of amblyopia in experimental group was analyzed,and correlation analysis was conducted.Results The total response rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(93.51%vs 80.00%,P>0.05).The compliance in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group(P>0.05).The curative effect on children aged 3-6 years old was significantly better than that in the other age groups(P>0.05),which was significantly better on children aged 7-10 years old than those aged 10-13 years old(P>0.05).The curative effect on ametropic amblyopia was significantly better than that of the other types of amblyopia(P>0.05).The curative effect was the best on children with mild amblyopia,followed by moderate amblyopia and severe amblyopia(P>0.05).The curative effect on children with central fixation was significantly higher than that with paracentral fixation(P>0.05).The curative effect was the best on children with a high compliance,followed by general compliance and low compliance(P>0.05).The age and severity of amblyopia were negatively correlated with curative effect(P>0.05),and compliance was positively correlated with curative effect(P>0.05).The compliance was significantly better in children aged 3-6 years old,followed by those with 7-10 years old(P>0.05).Age was negatively correlated with treatment compliance(P>0.05).Conclusion Intelligent and multi-dimensional comprehensive vision training can improve the compliance of amblyopia patients,with a better curative effect.The curative eff
