摘  要:运载辅助夹具底部框架是运载辅助夹具的基础,也是整个运载辅助夹具质量最大最容易出现破损变形的部分。文中以某顶盖总成运载辅助夹具作为研究对象,根据其相关参数获得合理的初始结构方案,采用拓扑优化方法计算并建立其数学模型,用Ansys软件对底部框架进行轻量化结构优化设计。结果表明:初始结构的安全裕度充裕,有很大抗破坏潜力;优化后底部框架结构强度仍能保证运载辅助夹具的正常使用,且底部框架的质量比优化前减轻了17.44%,实现了运载辅助夹具底部框架轻量化设计的目的。As the foundation of the auxiliary fixture for transfer,the bottom frame of the auxiliary fixture for transfer is the part with the largest mass and the most prone to damage and deformation.In this study,the auxiliary fixture of a cover plate assembly is taken as the research object,a reasonable initial structural plan was obtained using relevant parameters,the topological optimization method was used in calculation and a mathematical model was established,and the lightweight structure of the bottom frame was optimized by Ansys software.The results show that the initial structure has sufficient safety margin and great anti-destruction potential.The structural strength of the optimized bottom frame can still ensure the normal use of the auxiliary fixture,and the weight of is reduced by 17.44%after optimization,thus realizing the lightweight design purpose.
