摘　　要：我国已于2021年7月全面实施了重型柴油车国Ⅵ排放标准,距2000年9月实施重型车国Ⅰ排放标准起,至今已历经了23年。主要研究重型车排放标准的执行情况,从重型车排放标准实施时间、新车型式核准及型式检验方面研究了我国重型车排放标准的实施情况,并分析了我国重型车生产一致性抽查数据和部分地区遥感检测的达标情况。研究发现我国重型车国Ⅳ排放标准实施时间推迟的现象较为严重,且柴油发动机生产一致性达标情况不太理想,环保部门应采取更为有效的措施加强重型车生产一致性的监管。China has fully implemented the nationalⅥemission standard for heavy-duty diesel vehicles in July 2021.It has been 23 years since the implementation of the nationalⅠemission standard for heavy-duty diesel vehicles in September 2000.This paper mainly studies the implementation of heavy-duty vehicle emission standards,analyzes and studies the implementation of heavy-duty vehicle emission standards in China from the implementation time of heavy-duty vehicle emission standards,new vehicle type approval and type inspection,and analyzes the production consistency sampling data of heavy-duty vehicles in China and the compliance of remote sensing detection in some regions.The study found that the delay in the implementation of the nationalⅣemission standard for heavy-duty vehicles in China was relatively serious,and the compliance of the production consistency of diesel engines was not ideal.The environmental protection department should take more effective measures to strengthen the supervision of the production consistency of heavy-duty vehicles.
