四川省护理本科实习生心理一致感与积极应对方式在情绪智力和心理健康中的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 调查四川省护理本科实习生情绪智力与心理健康现状,以及心理一致感和积极应对方式在其中的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2022年4—5月选取四川省10所三级甲等医院296名护理本科实习生为调查对象,采用情绪智力量表、心理健康量表、心理一致感量表、积极应对方式量表为调查工具进行调查研究。结果 296名护理本科实习生情绪智力得分为(77.68±12.86)分,心理健康得分为(11.96±4.48)分,心理一致感得分为(55.54±11.79)分,积极应对方式得分为(23.64±5.82)分。单因素分析显示,不同性别、户籍、是否为独生子女、家庭类型、运动状况、性格类型的本科护理实习生情绪智力、心理一致感、积极应对方式和心理健康得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关分析显示,情绪智力与心理健康得分均呈负相关(r=-0.185~-0.542,均P<0.01),心理一致感与心理健康得分均呈负相关(r=-0.241~-0.469,均P<0.01),积极应对方式与心理健康得分均呈负相关(r=-0.167~-0.364,均P<0.01)。中介效应分析显示,心理一致感与积极应对方式在护理本科实习生情绪智力与心理健康间具有链式中介作用,中介效应为0.075,占总效应的13.79%。结论 四川省护理本科实习生心理健康处于中等水平,情绪智力对其心理健康具有直接作用,同时增强心理一致感和积极应对方式对促进护理本科实习生心理健康状态具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the status of emotional intelligence and mental health of undergraduate nursing interns in Sichuan Province,and the mediating effect of psychological coherence and positive coping style between them.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 296 undergraduate nursing interns from 10 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province from April to May 2022.The emotional intelligence scale,mental health scale,psychological coherence scale and positive coping style scale were used as survey instruments.Results The scores of emotional intelligence,mental health,psychological consistency and positive coping style of 296 undergraduate nursing interns were(77.68±12.86),(11.96±4.48),(55.54±11.79)and(23.64±5.82)points,respectively.The univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of emotional intelligence,psychological consistency,positive coping style and mental health among undergraduate nursing interns with different gender,household registration,whether they were the only child,family type,exercise status and personality types(all P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with mental health scores(r=-0.185--0.542,all P<0.01),the psychological consistency was negatively correlated with mental health scores(r=-0.241--0.469,all P<0.01),and the positive coping style was negatively correlated with mental health score(r=-0.167-0.364,all P<0.01).The mediating effect analysis showed that psychological consistency and positive coping style had a chain mediating effect between emotional intelligence and mental health of undergraduate nursing interns,and the mediating effect was 0.075,accounting for 13.79%of the total effect.Conclusion The mental health of undergraduate nursing interns in Sichuan Province is at a medium level,emotional intelligence has a direct effect on mental health,and strengthening the sense of psychological consistency and positive coping style has a positive effect on
