摘 要:目的探讨将多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测技术应用到体检人群的结直肠癌早期筛查中的效果。方法回顾性选择2019年1月~2022年5月在北京航天总医院接受多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测的体检人群2600例。同时利用已经明确诊断结直肠癌的患者55例以及腺瘤55例的数据进行分析。描述多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测体检人群的阳性率、肠镜检查依从性、肠镜检查阳性率情况。多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测对确诊结直肠癌患者、确诊腺瘤患者的筛查效能分析。结果2600名体检人群中,多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测结果呈阳性的共267例(10.27%),不同性别以及年龄段的阳性率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。267例中共有140例接受肠镜检查(52.43%),不同性别以及年龄段的肠镜检查依从率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接受肠镜检查的140例中,共有95例出现异常(67.86%),不同性别以及年龄段的肠镜检查异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究所纳入的55例确诊为结直肠癌患者接受多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测,有51例结果为阳性(92.73%),不同性别的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄段以及不同分期的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究所纳入的55例确诊为腺瘤患者接受多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测,有24例结果为阳性(43.64%),不同性别的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄段的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将多靶点粪便FIT-DNA联合检测技术应用到体检人群的结直肠癌早期筛查中,可以一定程度上提升肠镜检查的依从性以及肠镜检出率,具有良好的应用前景。Objective To explore the effect of applying the multi-target fecal FIT-DNA combined detection technology to the early screening of colorectal cancer in the physical examination population.Methods The data of 2600 people who received the joint detection of multi-target fecal FIT-DNA in Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.At the same time,the data of 55 patients with colorectal cancer and 55 adenomas were analyzed.Describe the positive rate of multi-target fecal FIT-DNA combined detection in the physical examination population,the compliance of colonoscopy,and the positive rate of colonoscopy.Analysis of screening efficacy of multi-target fecal FIT-DNA combined detection in patients with colorectal cancer and adenoma.Result A total of 2600 people were included in the study.A total of 267 people(10.27%)showed positive results in the joint detection of multi-target fecal FIT-DNA.The difference in the positive rate data of different sexes and age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 140 out of 267 people with positive results of multi-target fecal FIT-DNA joint detection received follow-up colonoscopy(52.43%).The data difference of compliance rate of colonoscopy in different sexes and age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 95(67.86%)of the 140 people who underwent colonoscopy were abnormal,and there was statistically significant difference in the abnormal rate of colonoscopy between different sexes and ages(P<0.05).Fifty-five patients with colorectal cancer who were included in the study received the combined detection of multi-target fecal FIT-DNA,and 51 of them were positive(92.73%).There was no statistically significant difference in the data of positive rate between different sexes(P>0.05),and there was statistically significant difference in the data of positive rate between different age groups and different stages(P<0.05).Among the 55 patients diagnosed as adenomas included in the study who received the combined d
