摘　　要：[目的]分析政府卫生支出对国民健康水平的影响及其区域差异。[方法]基于2005-2020年30个省级行政区的面板数据,以孕产妇死亡率、围产儿死亡率、传染病发病率、平均预期寿命作为衡量国民健康水平指标,采用系统GMM估计进行实证分析。[结果]政府卫生支出每增加1%,孕产妇死亡率、围产儿死亡率和传染病发病率分别降低0.236%、0.086%和0.216%,平均预期寿命增加0.075%;政府卫生支出对健康的影响存在区域差异,同量卫生支出情况下,中、西部地区居民健康水平提升效率高于东部地区。[结论]增加政府卫生投入可提高健康水平,但需改善区域间卫生资源配置。Objective To analyze the impact of government health expenditure on national health level and its regional differences.Methods Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level administrative regions from 2005 to 2020,the maternal mortality rate,perinatal mortality rate,incidence of infectious diseases and average life expectancy were used as indicators to measure the national health level,and the System GMM was used for empirical analysis.Results Every 1%increase in government health expenditure,maternal mortality rate,perinatal mortality rate and incidence of infectious diseases decreased by 0.236%,0.086% and 0.216% respectively,and average life expectancy increased by 0.075%.There were regional differences in the impact of government health expenditure on health.Under the same amount of health expenditure,the health improvement efficiency of residents in central and western regions was higher than that in the eastern regions.Conclusions Health level can be promoted by increasing government health expenditure,but the allocation of health resources among regions meeds to be improved.
