中国流动人口医疗保险流入地参保率的时空格局演变探究

摘　　要：基于2011-2018年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,利用传统统计学与空间数据分析相结合的方法,探究2010-2017年中国流动人口在流入地医疗保险参保率的时空演变规律,并分析流动人口流入地医疗保险参保率在地市层面发展格局的演变。得到的主要结论:①2010-2017年中国流动人口流入地医保参保率空间格局表明流动人口流入地医保参保率呈上升趋势;②分析流动人口流入地医保参保率标准差椭圆及重心迁移轨迹,得出流动人口流入地医保参保率存在东部地区与西部地区发展不平衡的特点,但其差距正在缩小;③通过全局空间自相关和局部关联性测度,发现流动人口流入地医保参保率存在显著的空间关联性,整体呈现空间集聚状态;④根据流动人口流入地医保参保率冷热点年际变化,发现2010-2017年间流动人口流入地医保参保率热点区域呈分散态势,冷点区域趋于集聚。This paper combines traditional statistics and spatial data analysis based on data from 2011 to 2018 China Migrants Dynamic Survey to explore the temporal and spatial evolution of the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives from 2010 to 2017,and to analyze the evolution of development pattern of medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives.Conclusions:①The spatial pattern of the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives shows that the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives is on the rise.②By analyzing the standard deviational ellipse of the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives and the trajectory of the shift of the center of gravity,it is concluded that there is an imbalance between the eastern region and the western region in the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives,but the gap is narrowing.③Through the measurement of global spatial autocorrelation and local correlation,it is found that there is a significant spatial correlation in the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives,which shows a state of spatial agglomeration.④According to the interannual changes of hot and cold spots of the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives,it is found that hot spots of the medical insurance coverage rate in places where China's floating population lives were scattered from 2010 to 2017,and the cold spots tended to gather.
