创业型大学的行动逻辑与本土化策略——基于社会交换理论的分析

摘　　要：寻找符合中国特色创业型大学的本土化路径成为中国大学创业化变革重要且迫切的问题。从社会交换理论角度分析,创业型大学的深层行动逻辑是合作性社会交换。创业型大学建设过程中除了政府和大学、企业之间的社会交换外,最核心的是大学与企业的社会交换。在“大学-企业”的社会交换过程中,多元社会交换形式影响社会交换的效率。而隐藏于多元社会交换形式之中的“学术吸纳资本”和“资本吸纳学术”两个不同社会交换秩序机制是创业型大学本土化的关键。创业型大学本土化策略应该选择“学术吸纳资本”交换秩序下的分类转型。It is an important and urgent issue to find the localization path of entrepreneurial universities with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of social exchange theory,the deep action logic of entrepreneurial universities is cooperative social exchange.In addition to the social exchange between the government and universities and enterprises,the core of the construction of entrepreneurial universities is the social exchange between"universities and enterprises".In the process of"university enterprise"social exchange,multiple forms of social exchange affect the efficiency of social exchange.The two different social exchange order mechanisms of"academic absorption of capital"and "capital absorption of academic"hidden in multiple forms are the key to the localization of entrepreneurial universities.The Chinese way of localization of entrepreneurial universities should be classified transformation under the exchange order of"academic absorption of capital".
