摘　　要：高校青年教师担任班主任是全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体和抓手。在“三全育人”和教育评价改革的大背景下,文章以华东师范大学为例,采取问卷调查、个别访谈、征求意见等方式,深入探析青年教师班主任实践的现状与经验、不足与挑战,并从加强顶层设计、完善激励机制、健全培训体系、强化示范引领等方面提出了路径优化策略。Youth teachers serving as class advisors in universities is an important carrier and lever to comprehensively implement the Party’s educational policies and implement the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.Against the backdrop of the“three-pronged approach to education”and the reform of educational evaluation,this article takes East China Normal University as an example,and uses methods such as questionnaire surveys,individual interviews,and soliciting opinions to explore the current status and experience of youth teachers as class advisors,as well as their shortcomings and challenges.It proposes a path optimization strategy from aspects such as strengthening top-level design,improving incentive mechanisms,perfecting training systems,and strengthening demonstration and leadership.
