摘  要:株高是制约芝麻机械化生产和规模化种植的重要因素。为掌握芝麻矮化调控技术,2018—2019年开展了苗期喷施100 mg/L矮壮素对不同芝麻品种株高、株型和产量等性状的影响试验。结果表明:喷施矮壮素可显著降低各芝麻品种的株高,平均降低7.96%;常规栽培品种皖芝2号和三系杂交品种皖芝11号经过矮壮素处理后,株型矮化紧凑,单株蒴果数和每蒴粒数增加,单株产量分别提高了28.83%和65.90%,均极显著高于喷施清水对照。本研究结果可为芝麻机械化生产提供技术支持。The plant height is an important factor restricting mechanized production and large-scale planting of sesame.In order to master the dwarfing regulation technology of sesame,a test was conducted during the seedling stage of sesame from 2018 to 2019 to study the effect of spraying 100 mg/L chlormequat on characters such as plant height,plant type and yield.The results showed that the spraying of chlormequat could significantly reduce the plant height of each sesame variety,with an average decrease of 7.96%.After the treatment of chlormequat,the plant type of the conventional cultivar Wanzhi 2 and the three-line hybrid variety Wanzhi 11 became dwarf and compact,the capsule number per plant and the seed number per capsule increased,and the yield per plant of Wanzhi 2 and Wanzhi 11 increased by 28.83%and 65.90%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the control treatment(spraying water).The research results will provide technical support for the mechanized production of sesame.
