基于二维码信息化引导对肠道清洁度的质控评价——一项大数据单中心回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的观察肠道清洁准备中二维码技术的应用效果,为进一步提高肠镜检查患者的肠道清洁度提供思路。方法回顾性队列研究收集2018年4月—2021年3月在浙江大学医学院附属杭州市第一人民医院消化内科接受肠镜检查的患者,比较正式应用二维码前和应用后患者肠道清洁度(BBPS评分)的差异。结果共纳入22522例患者,其中二维码应用前11162例,二维码应用后11360例,2组肠镜申请医生专业属性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。二维码应用前患者的BBPS评分为(7.04±1.92)分;二维码应用后为(7.23±1.81)分,二维码应用前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维码应用于肠道清洁准备,可明显提高患者的肠道清洁度,该方法简便高效。Objective To observe the application effect of QR code technology in intestinal cleansing preparation and provide ideas for further improving the intestinal cleansing quality of patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted to collect data from patients who underwent colonoscopy in the Department of Gastroenterology of The First Affiliated Hospital,College of Medicine,Zhejiang University,from April 2018 to March 2021.The difference in bowel cleansing quality(BBPS score)between patients before and after the formal application of QR code technology was compared.Results A total of 22,522 patients were included,with 11,162 patients before the application of QR code and 11,360 patients after the application.There was no statistically significant difference in the professional attributes of the requesting physicians between the two groups(P>0.05).The BBPS score of patients before the application of QR code was(7.04±1.92)points,while after the application,it was(7.23±1.81)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of QR code technology for intestinal cleansing preparation can significantly improve the quality of intestinal cleansing in patients undergoing colonoscopy,and this method is simple and efficient.
