摘  要:企业数字化转型进入落地阶段,成熟度评价模型作为过程控制工具受到广泛关注。研究实践中发现,宏观的通用模型多作为方向指引,无法指导实际的量化评价;微观的企业模型由于体量过大、资源受限,往往夭折在建模阶段;行业模型也在通用性、适用性、操作性、扩展性中相互迁就,阻碍了推广。TOGAF标准体系是企业架构领域解决架构方法通用性、适用性、操作性、扩展性的成功典范,本文将此标准的过程方法理念、内容框架理念、应用指引理念和连续系列理念引入成熟度评价方法中,在既有“五阶段”过程模型基础上构建成熟度评价框架,在汽车工程的企业定制模型、汽车企业的行业通用模型中逐步应用。Digital transformation of enterprise has entered the landing stage.As a process control tool,the maturity evaluation model has attracted research attention.Research and practice found that general macro-models often serve as directional guidance and cannot guide practical quantitative evaluations;Enterprise micro-models often fail in the modeling stage due to their large size and limited resources;Industry models also compromise with each other in terms of universality,applicability,operability,and scalability.The TOGAF standard system is a successful example of the universality,applicability,operability,and extensibility of architectural solutions for enterprise architecture.This article introduces the process method concept,content framework concept,application guidance concept,and continuous series concept of this standard into the maturity evaluation method.Based on the existing"five stages"process model,a maturity evaluation framework has been built,and gradually applied in the enterprise customization model of automotive engineering enterprises and the industry general model of automobile enterprise.
