摘　　要：2019年,教育部一流本科课程建设意见中提到“双万计划”,在此背景下,兰州博文科技学院积极申报省级一流本科课程,交通运输教学团队申报“铁路货运组织”在2020年被甘肃省教育厅评定为省级一流本科课程。该文主要依据一流本科课程建设意见中的要求,针对该课程现有教学特点,从创新教学理念、优化课程目标、整合课程内容、创新教学模式、突出课程特色、提升教学团队师资力量、注重课程实施与评价等方面入手,对该省级一流本科课程建设提出探索与思考,为更好地培养交通运输(铁路方向)领域的高质量技术人才打下良好基础,希望能为其他省级相关一流课程建设提供一些参考。In 2019,the"Double Ten Thousand Plan"was mentioned in the opinions of the construction of firstclass undergraduate courses of the Ministry of Education.In this context,Lanzhou Bowen College of Science and Technology actively applied for provincial first-class undergraduate courses,and Railway Freight Traffic Organization applied by the transportation teaching team was assessed as the provincial first-class undergraduate course by the Education Department of Gansu Province in 2020.Based on the requirements in the opinions of the construction of first-class undergraduate courses,in view of the existing teaching characteristics of this course,this paper proposes the exploration and thinking of the construction of provincial first-class undergraduate courses from the aspects of innovating teaching ideas,optimizing curriculum goals,integrating curriculum contents,innovating teaching modes,highlighting curriculum characteristics,improving the teaching faculty,and paying attention to curriculum implementation and evaluation,so as to lay a good foundation for better cultivating high-quality technical talents in the field of transportation(railway direction),hoping to provide some references for the construction of other related provincial first-class courses.
