摘　　要：后“双高”背景下,面对职业教育的新目标、新要求,高职院校须以质量工程为抓手全面推进职业教育发展。安徽省高职质量工程项目管理从发展探索到逐步稳定,再到当前结合职业教育改革发展新要求与时俱进,为高职院校内涵建设积攒了诸多发展必备要素,但也存在管理不够强、顶层设计不够科学、质量意识不够到位、经费投入不够均衡、资金使用不够合理等问题,应从加强质量监控、完善制度建设、灵活运用自主权、合理使用经费、做好成果应用与推广等方面加强项目管理,促进高职教育教学改革质量提升。In the context of post-“Double-highness”,in face of new goals and requirements for vocational education,higher vocational institutes should push forward the development of vocational education in all aspects starting from the point of quality engineering.The management work for quality engineering projects has accumulated multiple necessary elements for the connotation construction of higher vocational institutes in Anhui Province from initial exploration to gradual stability and then to keeping up with new requirements for current reform and development of vocational education.However,there are such problems as inadequate management,lack of scientific top-level design,less strong quality consciousness,unbalanced investment,unreasonable use of funds,and so on.It is necessary to promote the quality of teaching reform for higher vocational education in such aspects as strengthening quality control,perfecting system construction,flexible use of autonomy,rational use of funds,and good application and promotion of achievements.
