摘　　要：在水温20℃~25℃、pH 6.75~7.36条件下,采用静水式实验法,在长50 cm、宽40 cm、高40 cm的玻璃鱼缸(盛水20 L)中研究双酰胺类杀虫剂氯虫苯甲酰胺对体质量(21.32±2.10)g的中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹和体质量(87.32±9.20)g的成蟹的急性毒性,分析其对幼蟹和成蟹的毒性效应和安全浓度,为稻蟹综合种养中农药施用提供科学参考。结果表明,氯虫苯甲酰胺对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为2526 mg·L^(-1)、1900 mg·L^(-1)、834.2 mg·L^(-1)和552.7 mg·L^(-1);对成蟹的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h LC50分别为2371 mg·L^(-1)、1222 mg·L^(-1)、727.8 mg·L^(-1)和286.4 mg·L^(-1);安全浓度(SC)分别为55.3 mg·L^(-1)和28.6 mg·L^(-1)。氯虫苯甲酰胺对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹和成蟹的毒性均为低毒,在稻田养殖过程中,按照合理剂量施用对中华绒螯蟹的生长较为安全。The acute toxicity of chlorantraniliprole,a type of biasmide,to juvenile with body weight of(21.32±2.10)g and adult with body weight(87.32±9.20)g Chinese mitten handed crab(Eriocheir sinensis)was investigated in a glass tank with a length of 50 cm,a width of 40 cm and a height of 40 cm(with a water content of 20 L)at water temperature of 20℃~25℃and pH of 6.75~7.36 by a hydrostatic experimental method to provide scientific reference with pesticide application in a rice-Chinese mitten handed crab coculture system.The results showed that the 50%lethal concentration(LC50)for the juvenile Chinese mitten crab were 2,526 mg·L^(-1) at 24 h,1,900 mg·L^(-1) at 48 h,834.2 mg·L^(-1) at 48 h,and 552.7 mg·L^(-1) at 96 h.The LC50 for adult Chinese mitten crab were 2,371 mg·L^(-1) at 24 h,1,222 mg·L^(-1) at 48 h,727.8 mg·L^(-1) at 72 h and 286.4 mg·L^(-1) at 96 h,with safe concentration(SC)of 55.3 mg·L^(-1) for juvenile and 28.6 mg·L^(-1) for adult Chinese mitten handed crab.As a result,chlorantraniliprole has low toxicity to juvenile and adult Chinese mitten handed crab,and can be used safely in a rice-Chinese mitten handed crab co-culture system.
